The Project
In 2024, I had the most amazing opportunity to create graphics for a vinyl-wrapped Traffic Signal Box located in Brisbane CBD.
My traffic signal box called ‘Everyone Deserves a Seat’ aims to spread the message that everyone and anyone is welcome, no one should ever be excluded from a specific place, and everyone’s voices should be amplified.

​Artforce Brisbane commissioned Liveworm studio interns (including myself), to create vinyl artworks that represented a specific message, place, culture and more. I decided to utilize my visit to the Transcontinental Hotel in Brisbane CBD as inspiration for an inclusive community message. An Australian pub such as the Transcontinental Hotel is the perfect place for laughs, fun, and drinks with mates, so I thought I could use those aspects to spread a wider and impactful message.

MY PROCESS
From my visit to the Transcontinental Hotel, I drew its interior and exterior for reference.
Once I created my first iteration, I had to propose the design to Artforce Brisbane through a mockup.
Improved on my initial sketches, creating a more cohesive layout and design style.
